Delivery Information

  • Handling Time: Orders are handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days; most ship next business day.

  • Ship-From Location: All orders ship from our Florida warehouse.

  • Transit Time: Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

  • Shipping Fees: Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight/size, and service level.

  • Free Shipping Promotions: On some products or during selected days, we offer free shipping. Eligible items display a “Free Shipping” note on the product page, and the free option appears during checkout when available.

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, U.S. federal holidays excluded.

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your address, contact info@motifium.com before the order is dispatched. After shipment, rerouting may not be possible.

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If something arrives damaged or missing, email info@motifium.com with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Split Shipments: Orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost; you will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
